User Experience (UX)

User Experience refers to the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between a user and a product. The product could be a toaster, a website, a restaurant…anything. According to Peter Morville, the user experience is not meaningful or valuable unless it incorporates all the following benefits:

Accessible Is it usable by people with disabilities?
Credible Is it trustworthy and believable?
Desirable Does it evoke positive emotion / appreciation?
Findable Is it easy to find what is needed at any time?
Usable Is it easy to use?
Useful Does it fill a need?
Valuable Does it deliver value, advance the mission, or contribute to the bottom line?

User Experience (UX) Analysis

User experience (UX) analysis is the process of measuring the interaction between a user and a product against UX benchmark goals (such as those identified by Morville). Logical Imagination provides user experience (UX) analysis using a variety of measurement tools:

  • A/B Testing
  • Eye Tracking
  • Interviews
  • Surveys
  • Usability Testing

Our objective is to change the design or user interface of a product to maximize user engagement, such as keeping users on a page longer, giving them a better, more enjoyable experience, or driving conversion rate optimization (CRO).
